Whalley Boulevard Condos

This project included the planning, hiring of consultants and rezoning of five buildings with involvement in the construction of three buildings.  

Each of the residential buildings were built on a 3-story concrete parkade. The first building included 140 units. The second building, which was started during the construction phase of the parkade, included 116 units. The third building began during the finishing stages of the first building included 109 units.  

This $50M project included commercial retail space.
