International News

International News locations are built to a standardized plan that every location must adhere to. This project posed an additional challenge in that the University of British Columbia is a city unto itself and has its own building code.

This International News location was a tenant improvement project in a 1,000sqft space in the Student Union building. It came with a 30 day timeline and an absolute fixed budget. 

Daniel and his team worked around the clock to deliver it on time, on budget, and to UBC’s building code.
